Day ZeroHome

How it works

Three movements, one day.

Day Zero is a structure, not a coach. It asks questions and stores what you write. It does not generate answers, suggest responses, or interpret you.

  1. Morning — Excavate

Twenty to thirty minutes. You look at your current reality, follow the trajectory you are already on, and then sketch the smallest version of a life worth building.

  2. Daytime — Interrupt

Six short questions placed across the day. Each one costs a minute and breaks the automatic quality of ordinary hours. Answer early or late; the schedule is a rhythm, not a rule.

  3. Evening — Synthesize

Twenty minutes. You name the pattern, compress the anti-vision and the vision into one sentence each, and time-block two or three actions for tomorrow.

The day ends in a Life Map: a single printable page holding the stakes, the win state, the one-year mission, the one-month project, tomorrow's actions, and the rules you set.

Day Zero is a reflection tool. It is not therapy, treatment, or clinical care.
